Senior eLearning Instructional Designer/Project Manager:

Elgin, Illinois
Resource Bridge, a leader in custom eLearning development for our Fortune 500 customers, is seeking an eLearning Instructional Designer/Project Manager in our Elgin, Illinois corporate offices. You must already reside in the Chicago area to apply for this position.

The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating web-based eLearning courseware for our customers from inception to completion. This position may be involved in several projects for several customers at once. In addition, this position will contribute to our internal methodology documentation and update.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Bachelors degree in instructional design or related field
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Self starter
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work consultatively with our customers
Demonstrated strong project management skills
Highly motivated to produce quality product
Some experience planning, coordinating and conducting video shoots
Highly proficient in MS Office products

A minimum of 5 years experience is required for the following:

Experience working with SME’s
Successful experience designing courseware with emphasis in eLearning
Creating design documents
Creating eLearning storyboards
Editing and quality assurance
Knowledge of Instructional Design principles and best practices

eLearning Developers

Elgin, Illinois
Resource Bridge is seeking Graphic Designers with expertise in Macromedia Flash MX and Web media to join our development team. Only individuals currently residing in the Chicago area will be considered.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

1-3 years of professional experience
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
HTML
Macromedia Flash MX
Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate
Extremely motivated, creative and imaginative
Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Strong organizational skills
